On Tuesday evening, Crasner Capital attended an interesting seminar on M&A in the technology sector.
Invited by international law firm Hogan Lovells, the panel, which was chaired by Richard Climan – one of Silicon Valley’s most prominent technology M&A partners; discussed cross border mergers & acquisitions in the sector.
Crasner Capital bought unique insight on deal flow into Emerging Markets, which continues to be one of the destinations for investments by Silicon Valley giants.
The participants spoke about the pool of technology companies in the United States having over USD$1.1 trillion of deployable cash – an astonishing figure in comparison to other sectors and another positive signal for large cross-border M&A deal flow into the sector in 2020.
